Hospitality Center Worker

Office: Various Upstate locations
Position Type: Regular part time

The hospitality center worker welcomes individuals and families to the hospitality centers while providing general oversight of the Hospitality Center during visiting hours.

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training in computer applications, office procedures and bookkeeping as necessary, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience:  One to two years of directly related work experience in a Human Service Agency or Association is required. Nonprofit experience strongly preferred, with understanding of criminal justice.


Related Skills or Knowledge: Prior family and childcare experience and knowledge of prison family issues, with the ability to interact with a multi-cultural population is required. Must be able to react to change as the program dictates. Good organizational, communication and problem solving skills are required.
